Welcome to Surprise Soul Gifting (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or placing an order through our website www.surprisesoul.in, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.
By using our website, you agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations of India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All our products are customized/personalized based on customer details (photo, name, message, etc.).
Product colour, size, and finish may slightly vary due to lighting conditions, screen display, and 3D printing limitations.
Since each product is made to order, please review all details carefully before placing your order.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are accepted only after full or partial advance payment as mentioned on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an advance booking amount, which is non-refundable once the product goes into production.
Prepaid orders may be eligible for a discount as mentioned on the product page.
Payments must be made only through our authorized and secure payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on customization and order volume.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
We ensure safe and secure packaging before dispatch, but delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details are beyond our control.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has entered production or printing stage.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged or defective products, and a proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
In approved cases, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
No refunds are applicable for customer mistakes such as wrong photo or spelling submitted during order.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, product concepts, images, videos, and website content are the property of Surprise Soul Gifting.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content or designs is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We always ensure safe and secure packaging before dispatch. However, once the product is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are beyond our control.
In case the product is damaged during transit, we offer a replacement after proper verification and an unboxing video is provided as proof.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
8. Privacy
Customer data is collected only for order fulfillment, updates, and support.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except our delivery and payment partners for processing your order securely.
