Return & Refund Policy –
At Surprise Soul, we take pride in creating customized gifts that are made just for you. To ensure a smooth experience and complete satisfaction, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully:
1. Custom Products:
All our products are personalized and made-to-order.
Because of their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
2. Reporting Damage or Defects:
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please take a video of the unboxing and the product immediately.
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with the video and order details.
3. Replacement / Refund:
After verifying the issue, we will provide:
Replacement of the custom product, or
Full refund if replacement is not possible.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 to 4 working days to your original payment method via the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or adjusted in COD orders as agreed.
4. Important Notes:
Ensure you inspect the package carefully before signing for COD deliveries.
Claims without video or photo proof may not be accepted.
Minor differences in colour shades or glow intensity are not eligible for return & Replacement
